The role:

→ Own the full sales cycle — prospecting to closing

→ Sell Procor HRMS to HR & business leaders who are done with clunky, outdated systems

→ Turn client pain points into deals

→ Work directly with product & marketing — your feedback shapes what we build next

What you bring:

✅ 3–5 years in B2B/SaaS sales (HRMS or HR-tech experience is a big plus)

✅ You can hold a room and close a deal

✅ Self-starter energy — we don't like micromanaging

✅ Based in Delhi NCR or ready to move

This isn't a "sit and take orders" sales job. Procor HRMS is scaling, and early folks get real ownership over strategy — not just quota.
