Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities • Generate new leads through calls, online platforms, references, and other sources.

- Contact potential customers and explain products/services clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain valuable customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly,



and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order processing and customer support.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely assistance.
- Work towards improving conversion rates and overall sales performance.

Requirements • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales / Telecalling / Business Development preferred.

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
