Madras Minnal Motors, an authorized dealer for Raptee Electric Motorcycles, is looking for agile Sales Executives to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for showroom sales, customer handling, lead generation, product demonstrations, test ride coordination, follow-ups, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customers visiting the showroom and understand their requirements.
- Explain Raptee EV features, specifications, pricing, benefits, and financing options.
- Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate test rides.
- Generate leads through showroom enquiries, calls, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve individual and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer enquiry, lead, booking, and sales records.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries professionally.




- Support promotional events and local marketing activities.
- Prepare regular sales and follow-up reports.

Candidate Requirements

- 0 - 2 years of experience in automobile/vehicle sales.
- Experience in two-wheeler, EV, automobile showroom, or automotive sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an added advantage.
- Passion in the electric vehicles domain will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work on weekends and meet sales targets.
