Company Description Murphy Power Technologies Private Limited (MPTPL) specializes in energy solutions, backed by directors with extensive experience in batteries and UPS systems since 1968 through Murphy Battery and Murphy Battery Corporation.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Pune, focused on LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery solutions.

The Sales

Executive will identify and develop current business opportunities, manage existing client relationships, and promote MPTPL’s LFP battery offerings to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. Daily activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating and closing sales. The role involves coordinating with technical and operations teams for order fulfillment, maintaining accurate sales records and forecasts, and providing regular reports to management.

Executive will also stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the energy storage and solar sectors.

Qualifications

2YRS+ experience in Sales & Business Development.





- Expertise in Channel Sales, Dealer Management, Project Sales, Institutional Sales, and

Customer Relationship Management.
- Experienced in handling Residential, Commercial, Industrial, B2B, and Project Sales.
- Strong track record in dealer appointment, market expansion, and revenue generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and Sales Reporting.

- Knowledge of batteries (preferably LFP), energy storage systems, solar products, and related power solutions.
- Ability to understand technical specifications, explain product benefits clearly, and support customers in solution selection.
- Proven ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage time and territory efficiently.
- Prior experience in battery, solar, UPS, or power electronics sales is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within and around Pune for client meetings and site visits.
