Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide a warm, professional showroom experience.

- Understand customer requirements, preferences and budget.

- Present and explain jewellery designs, collections, product specifications, pricing and applicable schemes.

- Assist customers in selecting jewellery according to their requirements.

- Demonstrate good product knowledge and confidently answer customer queries.

- Handle the complete sales process professionally, from customer interaction through billing and delivery coordination.

- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and prospective sales.

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

- Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets.

- Maintain proper product handling and ensure jewellery is handled safely and responsibly.

- Keep display counters neat, organised and visually appealing.

- Coordinate with billing, inventory and other departments to ensure smooth customer service.





- Participate in showroom promotions, events, customer engagement activities and marketing initiatives.

- Maintain professional grooming, communication and showroom etiquette at all times.

- Adhere to company policies, procedures and security guidelines.

- Good Tamil and English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Jewellery or retail sales experience will be an added advantage.
