Key Responsibilities

- Customer Consultation: Welcome showroom visitors, assess their specific vehicle needs, and recommend the best-suited models.

- Product Demonstrations: Provide detailed explanations of vehicle specifications, advanced tech features, safety ratings, and optional packages.

- Test Drive Management: Accompany customers on test drives to showcase vehicle performance and handling while ensuring safety protocols are followed.

- Deal Negotiation: Discuss pricing structures, trade-in valuations, and financing or leasing options to close profitable sales.

- Administrative Compliance: Complete all sales contracts, registration paperwork, and financial applications accurately and efficiently.

- Relationship Management: Follow up with recent buyers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and generate repeat business or referrals.

Job Requirements

- Licensing: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is absolutely mandatory.

- Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening,



and persuasive negotiation abilities.

- Attributes: Goal-oriented, highly resilient, and capable of thriving in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.

- Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive industry trends, vehicle inventory, and basic auto finance principles.

- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays to accommodate peak retail hours.
