We are looking for a confident and proactive Sales Executive to handle international customers, understand their requirements, and convert leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic technical knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to convince and engage customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Explain products/services clearly and confidently to customers.
- Follow up with leads and proactively work towards converting them into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
- Handle customer questions and technical queries with confidence.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and issue resolution.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them proactively without constant follow-ups.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements

- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Prior experience in international sales, customer support, EdTech, SaaS, or a technical sales environment will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
