Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Atta/Flour business. The candidate will be responsible for visiting vendors, retailers, distributors and other market partners on a daily basis, developing business relationships, generating sales and conducting regular market research.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily market visits to meet vendors, retailers, distributors and shop owners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors.
- Generate new sales opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Take regular orders and ensure timely follow-up with vendors.
- Conduct market study to understand competitor products, pricing, schemes, demand and customer feedback.
- Monitor competitor activities and report important market developments to management.
- Identify new markets, vendors and business opportunities.
- Collect customer feedback regarding product quality, pricing, packaging and availability.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and timely delivery.




- Maintain daily visit reports, sales reports and customer records.
- Ensure proper visibility and availability of company products in the market.
- Follow up on payments/collections wherever required.
- Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in FMCG, Atta, Flour, Food or similar industry.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with extensive daily market travel.
- Solid relationship-building and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/WhatsApp and sales reporting.
- Should be target-oriented, disciplined and self-motivated.
- Valid two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.

Compensation: Salary: ₹20,000/month

Additional incentives/TA-DA can be provided as per company policy and performance.

What We Expect The ideal candidate should be someone who is active in the market, comfortable meeting vendors every day, understands local market dynamics and can independently develop new business opportunities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
