Sales Executive – Industrial Machinery

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to promote and sell industrial machinery used in the leather goods and footwear industry. The ideal candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills, be comfortable with field sales and customer visits, and have a strong interest in B2B/industrial sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell industrial machinery to customers in the leather goods and footwear industry.
- Identify and generate current business opportunities through field visits, lead generation, and client interactions.
- Visit prospective and existing customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable machinery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Prepare quotations and regularly follow up with clients.
- Negotiate with customers and support the sales process through to order closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.




- Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, quotations, and sales activities.
- Stay updated on products, market trends, and customer requirements.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial machinery, machine tools, engineering products, or B2B sales.
- B.Tech or MBA qualification.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and field sales activities.
- Must own a bike/two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and Email.
- Self-motivated, confident, target-oriented, and willing to take initiative.
- Candidates based in Gurugram/NCR or willing to relocate will be preferred.

What We Are Looking For A proactive sales professional who enjoys meeting customers, generating business, developing new accounts, and achieving sales targets. Experience in selling industrial machinery or technical products will be an added advantage. Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
