About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in the Banking & Financial Services sector. The role involves connecting with customers, understanding their financial requirements,

promoting suitable loan products, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

● �� Customer Calling: Make outbound calls to customers and promote suitable loan products.

● �� Lead & Sales Management: Generate leads and achieve assigned sales targets.

● �� Customer Relationship: Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate financial solutions.

● �� Product Explanation: Clearly explain loan features, interest rates, repayment terms, and processes.

● �� Application Support: Assist customers throughout the loan application process.

● �� Database Management:



Maintain accurate customer records and update customer interaction details.

● �� Team Coordination: Coordinate with loan officers and internal teams for smooth processing.

● �� Customer Service: Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and concerns professionally.
