Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales, develop customer relationships, and achieve business targets. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to understand and recommend products based on customer requirements. Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent sales opportunities.

- Handle customer enquiries and understand their requirements.

- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits.

- Generate leads through customer visits, references, calls, and other channels.

- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, contractors, architects, interior designers, and other business partners.

- Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers until order closure.

- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, and sales.





- Coordinate with billing, dispatch, and other departments to ensure smooth order execution.

- Stay updated on products, market trends, and competitor offerings. Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.

- Experience in plywood, laminates, hardware, building materials, furniture, interiors, or related industries will be preferred.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

- Good customer relationship management skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software.

- Willingness to travel for customer visits when required.
