Sales Executive – Hardware B2B Sales

Locations: Kolkata | Ranchi | Patna (Work related travelling will be there)

CTC: As per industry standards + Performance-Based Incentives

Experience: 2 to 3 Years in Similar Sales Profile

Qualification: Graduate with computer/IT knowledge

About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Executive for an established IT products and solutions company specializing in IT hardware serving corporate and government clients.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new B2B clients.

· Generate leads and drive sales of IT hardware products.

· Handle client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations and negotiations.

· Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up with clients until closure and payment realisation

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

· Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

· Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery and after-sales support.





· Identify opportunities through government/institutional procurement platforms and tenders, where applicable.

Requirements

· 2-3 years of relevant experience in IT Sales / B2B Sales / Corporate Sales / Institutional Sales.

· Candidates with experience in IT products, software solutions, hardware, technology services or similar sectors preferred.

· Graduate in any discipline.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Presentable and confident in client interactions.

· Valuable computer knowledge and understanding of IT products/solutions.

· Strong negotiation, relationship management and sales skills.

· Open to travel for client meetings when required.
