About the Role Hefex Circle is looking for a Sales Executive who can connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, communicate our offerings clearly, and build meaningful relationships.

This role involves handling enquiries, following up with prospects, explaining HEFEX Circle’s programs and community, and supporting the customer journey from initial conversation to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand prospective customers' needs and provide relevant information.
- Clearly communicate HEFEX Circle's programs, learning approach, and community.
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication.
- Build strong and professional relationships with prospects.
- Maintain lead information and follow-up records.




- Work towards individual and team sales targets.
- Coordinate with the team to improve lead conversion and customer experience.
- Stay updated about HEFEX Circle's programs and offerings.

What We're Looking For

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with different types of people.
- A positive, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to understand customer needs and handle questions effectively.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace is a plus.
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
