- Take qualified leads from telecalling and business development and move them through the sales process.
- Understand the client s requirement and explain how GGS services can solve it in simple, honest language.
- Conduct or support product demos, capability presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Prepare and send quotations, follow up on proposals, and work to close deals within agreed timelines.
- Negotiate commercials within approved limits and involve seniors for larger or complex accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, quotations, and deal status in MS Excel or CRM.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales activity and revenue targets set by the reporting manager.




- Hand over closed clients to the delivery team with complete requirement notes and stay available for clarification.
- Stay updated on GGS service offerings so recommendations stay relevant to each prospect.

Candidate Requirements

- 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or client conversion roles. Freshers with strong communication and a drive to close can apply.
- Confident spoken and written English for calls, meetings, and proposal follow-ups.
- Comfort with MS Excel for tracking leads, quotations, and daily sales activity.
- A goal-oriented mindset, willingness to learn consultative selling, and comfort working to targets.
- Ability to work on site at Greater Noida Nx One in a full-time role.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience closing services, software, or digital marketing deals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or sales reporting formats.
- Hindi and English for local client conversations.
