? Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with hands-on FMCG sales experience to drive new business, develop customer relationships, generate revenue and achieve sales targets.

? Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and market research
- Identify and develop current FMCG business opportunities
- Build relationships with retailers, distributors, businesses and institutional clients
- Present and promote products effectively to prospective customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Handle negotiations, objections and close deals
- Develop existing accounts and drive repeat business
- Track market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate sales data
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Support teams





? Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of proven FMCG sales experience is required

• Experience in B2B / General Trade / Modern Trade / Distribution / Institutional Sales preferred

- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented and results-driven approach
- Strong lead generation and business development skills
- Ability to independently manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is an added advantage
- Willingness to travel within Bangalore for business development
