Role & responsibilities

1. Making regular visits to the market and canvas the company's products . Most of the market visits will be in Karnataka state. He / she may be required to visit other states if the need arises. Travel (regular airavat bus / 3-tier AC train travel, autorickshaw), food and stay (basic non-ac room) expenses will be reimbursed as per actuals. A daily allowance of Rs.300/- per day will be given additionally for market related visits.
2. The candidate shall be responsible for taking orders, correctly invoicing the same and coordinating with the despatch section for timely despatch of the orders.
3. The candidate shall be responsible for making collections on time / within the agreed credit period from all parties to whom sales are made.
4. The candidate shall remain in regular touch with the company's customers for any service related issues and shall assist them in resolving those issues.
5. The candidate shall assist in preparing / designing marketing material for display at the various outlets dealing in the company's products.

For the purpose of communication with the company's clients, the candidate will be given a company phone number to make or receive calls. Such a number must be used on a device owned by the candidate.
7. The candidate shall coordinate with the company's customers / distributors for any market related data of the company's products and obtain the same in a manner as desired by the company from time to time.

8.The candidate shall take efforts to market and sell all other products of the company too.

Preferred candidate profile

Education - P.U.C pass / graduate in any field of study.

Experience - 2 to 3 years.

Language - Must be well versed with Kannada. Knowledge of spoken Hindi will be a bonus.

Other requirements - Should be a resident of Mysore but should have a positive idea of Bangalore city and its localities. An extrovert personality would be preferred. Should have knowledge of computers to punch in invoices on Tally. Knowledge of Corel Draw and Excel will be preferred.
