We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell construction machinery over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads generated through IndiaMART, understanding customer requirements, and converting inquiries into successful sales. Minimum one year experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential and existing customers via phone to promote construction machinery products
- Handle and follow up on leads received from IndiaMART
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable machinery solutions
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers
- Maintain regular follow-ups to close sales deals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics team for order processing and delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
- Familiarity with IndiaMART lead handling is preferred
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to persuade and close sales over the phone
Education:
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline
