Sanskriti India is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage and grow sales across leading e-commerce platforms including eBay, Etsy, and Shopify.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day sales activities on eBay, Etsy, and Shopify.
- Handle customer inquiries, messages, and order-related issues.
- Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into sales.
- Manage product listings, pricing, and basic catalog updates.
- Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and customer feedback.
- Develop strategies to increase online sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Track sales performance and prepare basic sales reports.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sales performance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in e-commerce sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of eBay, Etsy, and Shopify is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer and Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
