LerdLeap is hiring! We’re looking for energetic and ambitious Sales Executives (Digital Marketing). The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting digital marketing services, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth through field sales and direct client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate current business opportunities through field sales, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Promote services such as SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, website development, and other digital marketing solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales discussions at the client’s location.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and support the sales closing process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Coordinate with internal marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services and industry trends.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales activities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
