Designation: Business Developmetn Executive

Location: Okhla Industrial Area Phase – 1, New Delhi

Work Type: Full Time | On-Site

Salary: As Per Market Standard (Fixed Salary + Incentives)

Experience Required: 1 – 4 Years

Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical / Pharma Sales

Job Responsibilities

· Develop and implement business growth strategies for pharma products.

· Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.

· Handle client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and support.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

· Maintain sales reports and business records.

Key Requirements

· Must have prior experience in Pharma Sales / Pharmaceutical Industry.





· Experience in PCD Pharma or Third-Party Manufacturing is mandatory.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to handle client relationships independently.

· Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

· Good knowledge of business development and sales strategies.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, Email Communication, and CRM handling is a plus.
