Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate sales orders for hollow blocks and paving blocks
- Visit construction companies, builders, and construction sites to obtain orders
- Follow up on deliveries and coordinate with the production/logistics team
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Prepare sales reports and updates for management
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years in construction material sales (preferred)
- Solid negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to travel to construction sites and client locations
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
