Key Responsibilities:Sales & Lead Conversion

- Contact Australian homeowners through inbound and outbound calls.
- Qualify leads and assess customer suitability for solar installations.
- Understand customer energy consumption and electricity bills.
- Recommend suitable solar panel, inverter, and battery solutions.
- Explain government rebates, incentives, and energy savings.
- Present proposals and quotations to customers.
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into sales.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
- Handle customer objections professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain regular communication through calls, emails, and SMS.

CRM & Reporting
- Update customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
- Maintain sales pipeline and lead status.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
- Submit sales reports to management.

Team Coordination
- Coordinate with design, operations, and installation teams.




- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed sales.
- Assist customers with documentation requirements.

Required SkillsEssential
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in speaking with international customers.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
- Good computer and CRM knowledge.
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills.

Preferred
- Experience in the Australian Sales Process.
- Experience in Solar Sales or Renewable Energy Industry.
- Experience in BPO, Tele-sales, or International Voice Process.
- Knowledge of Australian solar rebates and battery systems.

ExperienceFresher
- Excellent English communication required.
- Sales aptitude and willingness to learn.

Experienced
- 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
- Australian process experience will be highly advantageous.
- Solar sales experience preferred.
