Position: Sales Executive

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Industry: Jewellery Retail

Experience: 1–4 Years in Sales / Retail / Jewellery / Luxury Retail preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and understand customer requirements with a professional and warm approach.
- Understand customer preferences, budget and occasion to recommend suitable jewellery.
- Demonstrate jewellery confidently and explain product features, craftsmanship and value.
- Build robust relationships with customers and generate repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with leads, enquiries and prospective customers.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM/system.
- Coordinate with the billing, inventory and operations teams for a smooth customer experience.
- Stay updated about new collections, products, offers and company processes.
- Ensure excellent grooming, communication,



etiquette and showroom discipline.
