****Job Title: Sales Executive - (B2G Defence)

**Role Overview The Sales Executive - B2G (Defence or Drone Manufacturing ) will be responsible for managing key defence accounts, expanding customer acquisition, and driving product pipeline growth for drone parts, assembled drones, drone kits, and indigenously developed UAV products.

The candidate must have solid knowledge of **Government procurement systems including GeM Portal , defence buying procedures, and tender processes.

**No. of Positions 02 only

**Experience 1 to 4 Years experience in Government / Defence sales

**CTC & Salary Range: In hand Rs.20,000/- to Rs.50,000/- per month+ PF, ESIC, Gratuity & Health Insurance Benefits (CTC: Rs.3,00,348/- to Rs.6,68,988/- per annum). + Sales Incentive depending upon target achievements

**Educational Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Electronics / Mechanical / Robotics / Aerospace preferred)

**Key Responsibilities

**Defence Account Management

- Handle and manage key Defence customers (Army, Navy, Air Force units, DRDO labs, Defence PSUs, etc.)
- Maintain regular communication with procurement officers and technical teams
- Understand technical requirements and propose suitable UAV/drone solutions
- Coordinate with internal R&D; and procurement teams for customized solutions **Government Procurement & GeM Expertise
- Possess in-depth knowledge of GeM Portal operations
- Guide customers on the most suitable procurement methods (Direct Purchase, L1, Custom Bid, BOQ, etc.)
- Support bid participation, OEM documentation, and compliance
- Coordinate internally for pricing strategy and tender submission
- Track defence tenders and procurement opportunities **Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and acquire new defence and government customers
- Maintain structured customer database and CRM updates
- Develop long-term strategic relationships
- Conduct site visits and product demonstrations




- Represent the company in defence expos and industry events **Product Pipeline Development
- Promote:
- Drone components & subsystems

- Assembled drones

- Drone development kits

- Indigenous UAV products
- Understand product specifications and application use-cases
- Work closely with product and technical teams to align market demand with product development **Required Skills
- Strong understanding of:

- GeM Portal

- Government tender processes

- Defence procurement ecosystem
- Knowledge of UAV/drone components is highly preferred
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to travel for defence customer visits
- Good documentation and reporting skills **Preferred Experience
- Experience handling Defence PSU / DRDO / Armed Forces accounts
- Prior exposure to drone/UAV industry
- Experience in tender bidding and compliance documentation
- Understanding of Make in India / Indigenous product positioning **Job Benefits:
