Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Dalsingh Sarai.

The Sales

Executive will identify and engage small and micro business owners, explain Aye Finance’s loan offerings, and support customers through the end-to-end loan application and approval process. The role includes generating leads through local market visits and referrals, conducting initial credit assessments, collecting and verifying documentation, and coordinating with internal credit and operations teams to ensure timely disbursals.

The Sales

Executive will maintain solid relationships with existing customers,



monitor repayments, and address service-related queries. The position also requires tracking daily sales activities, meeting assigned targets, and providing feedback from the field to help improve products and processes.

Qualifications

- Experience in sales, business development, or field marketing, preferably in financial services or lending to small businesses.
- Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility in local markets.
- Basic understanding of credit, lending processes, and documentation requirements for small and micro enterprises.
- Proficiency in local language(s) and working knowledge of English; ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Comfort with using smartphones, basic digital tools, and company applications for data entry, reporting, and customer follow-up.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with branch and regional teams.
- Minimum educational qualification typically at the undergraduate level; relevant experience in field sales may be considered in lieu of formal education where appropriate.
- Familiarity with the local business environment in and around Dalsingh Sarai and willingness to travel within the region as required.
