We're Hiring: Program Advisor/Admission Counsellor / Learning Consultant

About the Role

Join Academically Global , an Australian healthcare EdTech company helping doctors, dentists, pharmacists, physiotherapists, nurses and other healthcare professionals build global careers.

As an Admission Counsellor / Learning Consultant , you will connect with prospective learners, understand their career goals and guide them towards the right courses, licensing pathways and international career opportunities.

? What You'll Do

- Make 90–100+ outbound calls daily to prospective learners
- Speak with 40+ potential learners daily
- Conduct 2–3+ video consultations every day
- Understand learner needs and recommend relevant courses/pathways
- Follow up with leads and drive enrolments & conversions
- Maintain accurate lead and call records in LSQ/CRM

? Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree




- 1–3 years of EdTech/Sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication & counselling skills
- Target-driven and confident on calls/video consultations
- Passion for education, sales & healthcare careers

Working Days: 6 days/week

Sunday: Rotational off

Shift: 10 AM–7 PM OR 11 AM–8 PM IST

Salary: Based on experience & interview performance
