Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Maharashtra.

The Sales

Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, and project customers, and promote the company’s product range, including gypsum boards, PVC laminated ceiling tiles, and gypsum plaster. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting clients, understanding their requirements, preparing quotations, negotiating prices and terms, and closing sales.



The role also involves tracking market trends, gathering competitor information, maintaining sales reports, and coordinating with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Experience in sales or business development, preferably in building materials, construction, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships and closing deals.
- Ability to plan and prioritize field visits, manage a sales pipeline, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Basic proficiency in using spreadsheets, CRM tools, and reporting systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
- Good understanding of local market dynamics in Maharashtra and nearby regions; willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in an on-site, field-focused role.
- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
