As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our financial products, and helping them apply for personal loans. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Explain personal loan features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable loan options.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.
- Coordinate with the documentation and processing team to ensure timely disbursal.
- Maintain daily call records and update CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team’s success.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
- Prior telecalling or sales experience (preferred but not mandatory).
- Freshers with enthusiasm and learning mindset are welcome.
