Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced RO Technician / Water Treatment Technician with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in operation, maintenance, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing of water and wastewater treatment systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain RO, WTP, STP, UF and NF systems.
- Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance of treatment plants.
- Handle installation and commissioning of RO, WTP, STP, UF and NF systems.
- Monitor plant parameters such as pressure, flow, conductivity, TDS, pH and chemical dosing.
- Troubleshoot pumps, membranes, valves, dosing systems, pipelines, filters and related equipment.
- Perform RO membrane cleaning, replacement and troubleshooting.
- Maintain proper operating logs, maintenance records and plant performance reports.
- Identify equipment problems and take corrective action to ensure continuous plant operation.
- Coordinate with engineers, vendors and site teams during installation, commissioning and maintenance activities.
- Ensure safe handling of chemicals and compliance with safety procedures.
- Carry out regular service and preventive maintenance as per schedule

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in RO/WTP/STP/UF/NF plant operation and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience in installation and commissioning of water treatment plants.
- Good knowledge of RO membranes, pressure vessels, pumps, valves, filters and dosing systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting electrical/mechanical issues related to water treatment equipment.
- Ability to read basic P&ID;, equipment drawings and piping layouts.
- Knowledge of chemical dosing and water-quality parameters.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently at site.

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Relevant hands-on experience in water treatment plants will also be considered.

** Proficiency in ERP Software M.S. Word, M.S. Excel, etc.
