Role Description The Sales Enhancement Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing prospective clients, and strengthening relationships with existing customers to increase sales performance.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering presentations,



and coordinating with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and client relationship management.
- Experience with sales presentations, proposal preparation, and negotiation of commercial terms.
- Ability to conduct market and competitor research and interpret data to support sales decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office productivity tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
