Primary Responsibility
1. Operations
a) To conduct in-depth research on inquiries, and prepare offers for local and international clients. b) Convert offers into Purchase Order.
c) Technical Evaluation of Valves/Pumps: - Technical selection and calculation, submitting technical curves, G.A. Drawings, filled datasheet, Cross-Sectional drawings, QCP, QAP, Costing sheet preparation, negotiation and finalization of Sub- venders for Valves.
d) Constantly conscious of our competitor and other dealer networks e) Client visit for Technical and commercial discussion and order finalization.
f) Arranging Material by Coordinating with Vendors & Purchase Department.
g) Coordination with Execution & Dispatch team to dispatch the material in committed delivery period.
h) Prepare Technical Documentation as per Codes and Standers.
i) Proficiency in operation of KSB (Technical Documentation) Portal.
j) Coordinating with the internal departments of organization and also tracking the status of the material as well as store quantity.
