Position- Sales Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to strengthen our sales team for Electrical Screw Air Compressors, Reciprocating Air Compressors, and related Air System Accessories.

Position: Sales Engineer Air Compressor Division

Location: Ahmedabad / Baroda

Experience: 3–8 Years

Job Responsibilities

- Sales and business development of Electrical Screw Air Compressors, Reciprocating Air Compressors, Air Receivers, Air Dryers, Filters, Condensate Drains, Piping Systems, and other compressed air accessories.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers, OEMs, contractors, consultants, and channel partners.• Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.• Conduct site visits, understand customer requirements, and provide suitable technical solutions.• Prepare techno-commercial offers, negotiate orders, and ensure successful order closure.• Coordinate with service and operations teams for installation, commissioning,



and after-sales support.• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, payments, and customer feedback.• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.

Candidate Profile:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.• Proven experience in sales of Screw Air Compressors, Reciprocating Air Compressors, Compressed Air Treatment Equipment, or Industrial Capital Equipment.• Solid technical understanding of compressed air systems and related accessories.• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.• Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and business development.

Candidates with a strong network in manufacturing industries, engineering companies, pharmaceuticals, textiles, packaging, automotive, food processing, and other industrial sectors will be preferred. Please share relevant profiles at the earliest.
