Role overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically minded Sales Engineer to join our team in Ahmedabad. You will be the primary bridge between our technical products and our clients. This role is perfect for an engineer who enjoys problem solving but thrives on human interaction and closing deals. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, understanding client needs and offer the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Business development: Identify and reach out to potential industrial and corporate clients across Gujarat

Technical consulting:



Understand customer requirements and provide the best fit technical solutions or product configurations

Sales cycle management: Manage the entire process from lead generation and technical demos to price negotiation and closing

Relationship management: Maintain strong rapport with existing clients to ensure repeat business and identify upselling opportunities

Market analysis: Keep a pulse on competitor activities and market trends within the Gujarat industrial belt

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience in industrial sales, B2B sales or technical business development. Should have worked with gear boxes / pumps

Communication: Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi (essential for local site visits) and proficient in English for corporate reporting

Technical Savvy: Ability to read technical drawings, datasheets or specifications with ease

Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license. Minimum of 3 days customer visit in a week
