Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive/Engineer with a strong background in sales for products which are associated with steel industry.

E.g. Bearings, Valves, Pumps, Seals, hydraulic/pneumatic cylinders etc.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and providing technical sales support for company related products. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, customer relationship management, and sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the steel and rolling mill industry.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and industry trends.
- Provide technical support and product presentations to customers, ensuring alignment with their requirements.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents in coordination with the technical and commercial teams.




- Coordinate with internal departments (production, quality, logistics) to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and customer visits to strengthen the company’s market presence.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports for management review.
- Willing to travel Pan India

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering 2–4 years of experience in sales/technical support in steel industry or associated products.

Fare knowledge of market, sales and relation building. Ability to travel frequently to visit customers and attend industry events

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to take responsibility independently and work in a team.
