Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential leads through multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, web, etc.) Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to engage prospects Qualify leads based on interest, budget, timeline,



and fit Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system Collaborate with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and campaigns Provide feedback on lead quality and messaging effectiveness Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead targets Requirements: 3 years of experience in B2B sales and lead generation (preferably SaaS or tech sector) Solid communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections Ability to research and personalize outreach effectively Familiarity with CRM tools (like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce) Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven Nice to Have: Experience selling or prospecting in Tech consultancy Knowledge of sales engagement tools (Apollo, Outreach, Lemlist, etc.) Prior experience working with international clients
