Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated, customer-oriented, and target-driven Loan Officer to manage loan leads and support the end-to-end loan processing cycle. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, understanding customer requirements, explaining suitable loan products, coordinating with lending institutions, and ensuring timely processing and disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage qualified leads for various loan products.

Understand customer requirements and assess basic loan eligibility.

Explain loan products, interest rates, tenure, charges, and documentation requirements.

Assist customers with loan applications and document collection.

Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and lending partners for processing, sanction, and disbursement.

Handle customer queries and provide timely application updates.

Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, follow-ups, approvals, and disbursements.

Follow up on pending applications to ensure timely processing.





Achieve assigned targets related to lead generation, conversions, and disbursements.

Prepare regular reports and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.

Basic knowledge of banking, lending, loans, and financial services.

Knowledge of Personal, Business, Home, Vehicle, and other loan products is an added advantage.

Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, relationship management, and follow-up skills.

Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and basic digital tools.

Experience

1–2 Years of Experience in Banking, NBFC, Loan Processing, Financial Services, Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or related fields.

Freshers with strong communication skills, financial awareness, a customer-oriented approach, and an interest in Banking and Fincial Services are also encouraged to apply.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
