Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and sales-oriented Sales & Customer Relationship Representative to join our gym team. The role involves handling membership enquiries, following up with prospective customers, conducting gym tours, understanding customer requirements, and converting leads into memberships.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with customers, have a strong follow-up mindset, and be motivated by achieving sales targets. Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, fitness, or a similar field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle membership enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
- Respond promptly and professionally to prospective customers.
- Understand customers’ fitness goals and requirements.
- Explain membership plans, facilities, services, and ongoing offers.
- Conduct gym tours and provide a welcoming experience to prospects.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into memberships.
- Maintain and update customer and lead records.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing members.
- Meet monthly sales and membership conversion targets.




- Follow up with existing members regarding renewals and upgrades.
- Coordinate with the gym team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Assist with promotional campaigns, events, and membership drives.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Solid customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset and willingness to work toward targets.
- Ability to communicate professionally over phone and WhatsApp.
- Basic computer skills.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or fitness is preferred.
- Interest in fitness and knowledge of gym services will be an advantage.
