Boscle is looking for a motivated and confident Sales & Customer Support Intern to join our Chennai team. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with real customers, understand business requirements, demonstrate our products, and support customers throughout their journey with Boscle.

Responsibilities

- Handle sales enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain lead information.
- Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Boscle solutions.
- Assist customers with onboarding and basic product support.
- Visit client locations when required for pre-sales demos, onboarding and support.
- Coordinate with the sales, product and support teams.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Qualifications





- Good communication skills in English and either Hindi or Tamil .
- Confident speaking with customers over phone and in person.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership.
- Comfortable with local travel when required.
- Basic computer and digital skills.
- Freshers and students are welcome to apply.

Important: This is a Work From Office internship based in Chennai. Candidates must have their own laptop and be comfortable travelling locally for client visits when required. Compensation: Fixed monthly incentive + performance-based commission.

Successful interns may have an prospect to continue with Boscle in a full-time role based on performance.
