About the Internship

We are looking for a Sales & CRM Intern to support our sales and customer relationship management activities for ongoing real estate projects in Pune.

The role involves managing incoming leads, communicating with prospective customers, maintaining CRM records, coordinating site visits, and supporting the sales team throughout the customer journey.

This is a performance-oriented role, with additional incentives based on lead handling, site visits, conversions, and overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and follow up with prospective clients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferences, and property needs.
- Respond to incoming leads and provide accurate project information.
- Maintain and update customer information, lead status, follow-ups, and activities in the CRM.
- Track leads from initial enquiry through follow-up, site visit, and sales closure.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and property site visits.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on active leads.
- Follow up with prospects after site visits and understand their feedback.
- Maintain daily records of calls, leads, meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Assist in identifying and prioritising qualified prospects.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly lead and conversion targets.
- Visit project sites when required to understand project offerings, amenities, specifications, and pricing.
- Prepare basic sales and CRM reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Contribute to improving lead follow-up and customer engagement processes.





Performance-Based Incentives In addition to the monthly stipend, interns will be eligible for performance-based incentives. The exact incentive structure will be explained during the interview/onboarding process.

Who Can Apply Only those candidates can apply who:
- Are available for a full time, in-office internship
- Weekend availability is mandatory. Candidates must be willing to work on Saturdays and Sundays as required for client meetings, site visits, and sales activities.
- Are available for the full 3-month duration
- Are based in Pune
- Have relevant skills and interest in sales, business development, or customer relationship management

Other Requirements
- Students pursuing or candidates who have completed Graduation/Post-Graduation.
- Preferred backgrounds: BBA, B.Com, MBA, B.E./B.Tech, or equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with prospective customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Willingness to work with CRM systems and maintain accurate lead records.
- Willingness to travel across Pune for property/project site visits.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred/mandatory depending on project requirements.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
