Role Description The Sales Counselor – Online Degree/Certification is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The person in this role will guide prospective learners through the enrollment process for online degrees and certification programs, providing accurate information about course offerings, eligibility, and outcomes.

Daily responsibilities include engaging with leads via phone, email, and online channels, understanding learner needs, and recommending suitable programs.

The Sales

Counselor will maintain detailed records of interactions, follow up on inquiries,



and work towards enrollment targets while ensuring a positive, learner-centric experience. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine outreach strategies and provide feedback on learner needs and market trends.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on learner-centric support and relationship building.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and active listening abilities.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead conversion, consultative selling, and working with enrollment targets.
- Candidates should possess effective Organization Skills, including time management, record-keeping, and follow-up tracking.
- Relevant experience in education counseling, inside sales, or EdTech is beneficial.
- Comfort working with CRM tools and basic office software is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is desirable; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in the Greater Bengaluru Area.
