Job Summary

Clinic Dermatech is looking for a Sales Counsellor / Sales Manager to assist clients with their enquiries and consultations related to skin, hair and aesthetic services. The role involves understanding client requirements, explaining available services, maintaining client communication and coordinating with the clinic team.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with clients and understand their requirements and concerns.
- Assist clients with information about available skin, hair and aesthetic services.
- Explain clinic procedures and services, including laser hair reduction and other aesthetic treatments, as per approved clinic guidelines.
- Coordinate with the clinical team regarding client consultations and appointments.
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with clients regarding appointments and treatment plans.
- Maintain client records and update daily reports.
- Track enquiries, consultations and follow-ups.




- Assist in handling client queries and provide timely information.
- Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while dealing with client information.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, counselling, customer service or a related field.
- Experience in a skin, aesthetic, wellness or healthcare environment will be an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with clients in person and over the phone.
- Basic understanding of customer handling and sales processes.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Comfortable maintaining basic records and reports.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn about skin, hair and aesthetic services.
- Ability to work effectively in a team workplace.
