ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sr. Sales Coordinator to strengthen our sales operations and client relationships. This role requires a qualified who can manage the complete sales cycle, understand traveller requirements, and build long-term trust with our clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with existing clients to ensure strong engagement
- Resolve itinerary and travel-related queries promptly to build client confidence and credibility
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from enquiry to booking closure
- Review quotations and negotiate packages for win-win outcomes
- Generate current business through cold calling and proactive outreach to prospective clients
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of domestic and international holiday packages, destinations, and MICE travel • Target-driven and customer-focused mindset • Proficiency in CRM systems and Google Sheets
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in travel sales coordination / holiday package sales
- Education: MBA – Marketing preferred / Any Graduate
