Sales Coordinator – SM Laser Technology Pvt. Ltd. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with lead management, customer follow-up, quotations and sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and qualify leads from IndiaMART, Google, Meta and references.

- Assign leads to the appropriate sales engineer/ASM.
- Coordinate customer calls, meetings, demos and machine trials.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices and follow-ups.
- Track enquiry status, pipeline and sales activities in CRM.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Service, Stores and Accounts.
- Follow up for PO, payment, dispatch and installation.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales MIS and reports.
- Maintain accurate customer and enquiry records.

Requirements: Graduate with 1–3 years of sales coordination experience. Good communication, Excel/CRM skills and robust follow-up ability required.

Pay: ₹11,549.94 - ₹31,366.13 per month
