We are looking for Sales Associates / Sales Coordinators to develop customer relationships, understand industrial product requirements, generate leads, and support sales growth.
The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial maintenance products such as bearings, lubricants, tools, hardware, electrical products, or similar products, along with strong communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Meet customers and deliver technical/product presentations.
- Generate and develop new sales leads.
- Handle sales enquiries and customer requirements.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and orders.
- Negotiate with customers and work toward achieving sales targets.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer service.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
Key Requirements
- Experience in industrial maintenance products, such as:
- Bearings
- Lubricants
- Tools
- Hardware
- Electrical products
- Other industrial products
- Experience in industrial sales to manufacturing and process industries is preferred.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Good communication skills; English communication is mandatory.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products/solutions.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or
- Graduation in Mechanical Engineering
Additional Requirements
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are compulsory.
- Candidates residing around or near Mansoorabad are preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings.
Salary ₹16,000 – ₹23,000 per month (Flexible)
Salary will be based on skills, experience, and performance.
