Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving business goals. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, manage order processing, coordinate with internal departments, and assist in sales reporting. This role requires robust communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Create customer and supplier masters on ERP.

Process customer orders, quotations, invoices and e-way bills on ERP.

Internal material transfer entry and production entry on ERP.

Making a dispatch plan.

Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and warehouse teams.

Maintain and update sales reports, CRM databases, and client records.





Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Assist the sales team in managing client relationships and follow-ups.

Verify transport and labour bills related to dispatch and unloading.

Follow SOPs and internal procedures for MIS.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in a sales coordination or support role.

Strong knowledge of CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and ERP systems.

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Prior experience in the rubber and chemicals industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
