· Remain aligned with the Company’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values and ensure the same is practiced within the team.

· Support the Sales Team in achieving sales targets.

· Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers while developing new customers.

· Liaise between internal departments and clients to provide services aligned with cost and time requirements.

· Build business by identifying and converting prospects.

· Collect, analyse, evaluate, and interpret sales information to improve productivity.

· Send and receive sales forecasts and forward them to the concerned departments.

· Prepare sales planning reports.

· Coordinate with Production for scheduling and order execution.

2. Implementation Responsibilities (50%)

· Provide sales and administrative support, including handling confidential information efficiently.

· Communicate with the regional sales team regarding order status and sales performance.

· Monitor trends and evaluate performance against monthly sales targets.

· Attend networking and promotional events to maintain professional relationships.

· Communicate and reinforce the Company’s Mission, Vision,



and Core Values within the Sales Team.

3. Managerial Responsibilities (5%)

· Promote company products and facilities to new and existing customers proactively.

· Prepare departmental progress reports and suggest improvement strategies.

· Maintain an efficient and organized work workplace.

· Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily sales analysis reports.

· Process trade inquiries effectively.

· Update and enhance distributors’ product knowledge.

· Suggest innovative ideas for new product development.

· Follow SOP, Sales Calendar, and Sales Objectives.

· Work effectively on the Sales Application system.

4. Other Responsibilities (5%)

· Coordinate and respond to internal meeting requests.

· Update sales order status in the system/database.

· Process market feedback and present insights to Management.

· Identify gaps between market demand and product offerings.

· Maintain awareness of 5S practices.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
