SACMI Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Spares Coordinator with experience in machine manufacturing / engineering sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations and orders
- Identify spare part codes and coordinate with Design/Technical teams
- Prepare quotations using SAP pricing / Purchase inputs
- Process orders and ensure timely payment follow-up
- Support main machine sales, Proforma Invoices and Sales Orders in SAP
- Coordinate BOM, contracts and machine-wise payment status
- Coordinate machine dispatches with Production, Stores, Accounts & Customers
- Coordinate transportation, insurance and dispatch requirements
- Handle export spare enquiries
- Coordinate with internal and international teams for smooth order execution
Ideal Candidate
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in Machine Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial Sales
- Engineering background; MBA preferred
- Experience in Spares Sales / Sales Support / Order Coordination
- SAP knowledge preferred
- Robust customer communication and follow-up skills
- Good understanding of BOMs, technical parts and part codes
- Qualification: Engineering Graduate | MBA preferred.
