About the role

- Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.

- Coordinate with customers for routine follow-ups, documentation, meeting schedules, and information requirements.

- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers and ensure timely follow-up on pending actions.

- Coordinate with technical, design, costing, and project teams to collect information required by the sales team and customers.

- Maintain accurate customer, inquiry, quotation, and follow-up records in the CRM/ERP system.

- Track quotations and proposals and coordinate follow-up actions with the respective Sales Executive or Sales Manager.

- Schedule customer meetings, demonstrations, factory visits, and internal sales discussions.

- Support trade show planning, customer invitations, appointment scheduling, and post-event follow-ups.

- Ensure timely sharing of technical documents, presentations, commercial documents, and other information requested by customers.

Requirements

- 0-3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer coordination,



or a similar role.

- Experience in B2B sales, industrial machinery, capital equipment, engineering, or manufacturing is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.

- Ability to communicate professionally with customers through email, telephone, and online meetings.

- Valuable working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups simultaneously.

- Comfortable working with CRM or ERP systems for maintaining customer and sales records.

- Ability to coordinate effectively across Sales, Technical, Design, Costing, and Project teams.

- Proactive, systematic, and customer-oriented approach to work.
