- Coordinate with Multiple Stakeholder i.e sales, project team , Production & Logistics etc.
- Should be Proactive in the approach with excellent coordination skill.
- Exposure of Sales ERP is must
- To punch orders in CRM/SAP and coordinate for all billings.
- Identify any escalated or expedited orders in the system that require special handling and address these on a daily basis, any orders that may not have been successfully allocated to their respective fulfillment channel
- Provide reporting transparency and analytics regarding orderbook performance, both actual/historical projected performance to support decision making
- Monitors data for errors and discrepancies
- Prepares monthly and quarterly reports
- Supports day-to-day post-sales order transactions (e.g., credits, returns, order entry) and reporting of customer issues
- Resolves open order (backlog) report issues of low to moderate complexity and reaches out to supply chain or factory to determine source of delay
- Provide full support of the TL in daily operations, participate in team trainings
