Position: Sales Coordinator Advanced Excel & MIS

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with strong expertise in Advanced Excel, MIS reporting, data analysis, and sales coordination. The role will be responsible for maintaining and analyzing sales data, preparing management reports, tracking business performance, and providing analytical support to the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS and management reports.
- Consolidate sales data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and analytical reports.
- Analyze sales performance against targets, budgets, and previous-period performance.
- Prepare region-wise, product-wise, customer-wise, and salesperson-wise sales reports.
- Track sales targets, achievements, pending orders, billing, dispatches, and collections.
- Identify data trends, variances, gaps,



and exceptions and highlight them to the concerned stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other departments for timely data and order-related information.
- Maintain sales databases and ensure timely updation of records.
- Support the Sales team in preparing presentations, business reviews, and performance reports.
- Automate repetitive reporting activities using advanced Excel functions and tools.
- Maintain trackers for customer orders, sales pipeline, incentives, targets, and other business parameters.
- Ensure data integrity and maintain proper documentation of MIS and reports.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports as required by management.Role & responsibilities
